RULES, REGULATIONS & POLICIES
A great party starts with clear expectations.
Please share these rules with your guests before the celebration. They help keep Cypress River Oasis safe, private, clean and neighbor-friendly.

Arrival & Parking+
- Guests should park on Dayflower Street on the same side as the venue.
- Please do not park across the street, on Cypress River Drive, or block neighboring driveways or mailboxes.
- Guests enter through the Dayflower gate.
- The event area is the backyard only; please do not gather or loiter in front of the property.
Pool & Child Safety+
- Parents and responsible adults must actively supervise children around the pool, rock waterslide and hot tub.
- No glass is permitted in the backyard or pool area.
- Please follow all posted safety directions and any instructions from the hosts.
- Running, unsafe horseplay or behavior that puts guests or property at risk is not permitted.
Decorations, Food & Piñatas+
- You may bring your own food, birthday cake and removable theme decorations.
- Decorations must not damage the venue, walls, fencing, furniture or landscaping.
- Confetti is not allowed.
- Piñatas are allowed only when they contain zero confetti. A $100 cleanup fee is added and is fully refundable at the end of the booking when the party area is left clean.
Music, Alcohol & Smoking+
- Bluetooth music is welcome at a respectful volume.
- DJs and large speaker systems are not permitted.
- Alcohol is permitted for guests age 21+ and must remain in the backyard event area.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please keep noise respectful and follow your confirmed booking end time.
Setup, Guest Count & Event Conduct+
- Cypress River Oasis hosts up to 50 guests. Your hourly rate is based on the guest-count tier selected for the reservation.
- When available, early setup may be added: 30 minutes for $30 or 1 hour for $60.
- Please exit promptly at the end of your confirmed booking time.
- Open-invite parties are not permitted. Please do not publicly post the venue address on social media.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the party area reasonably clean and treating the property and neighborhood respectfully.
Booking, Cancellations & Weather+
- A 50% deposit is used to secure a reservation.
- Bookings have a 7-day grace period for a full refund.
- After the grace period, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
- Eligible severe-weather bookings may be rescheduled once under the venue weather policy.

Yes. Bring your own food, cake and non-glass party items. The outdoor bar and mini fridge give you a convenient place to organize the party.
Can we decorate for our theme?
Yes. You can bring personal birthday decorations as long as they follow venue rules and do not damage surfaces. Confetti is not allowed.
Can I arrive early to decorate?
Yes. Add 30 minutes of early setup for $30 or one full hour for $60 when available.
How many guests can we invite?
Cypress River Oasis can host up to 50 guests. Your venue rate is based on the guest-count tier you choose when booking.
Is there a bathroom for guests?
Yes. Guests have access to the venue’s private outdoor bathroom, plus an outdoor shower. The restroom is outside the home, so guests do not need to enter the house during the party.
Do we need to bring pool toys and games?
If you add the $150 Birthday Package, outdoor yard and water games are included. The Oasis has a mix of floats, noodles, balls, water toys and large outdoor games, so there is plenty for kids to do between swims and slide runs.
What should guests know about parking?
Parking instructions are provided for your reservation so guests know where to park and which gate to use. Please follow those instructions closely and never block neighboring driveways or mailboxes.
What happens if severe weather affects the party?
If severe weather threatens the celebration, contact us as early as possible. Eligible severe-weather bookings may be moved once under the venue’s weather-reschedule policy.
Who supervises children in the pool?
Parents and responsible adults remain in charge of supervising children throughout the event. Please plan active adult supervision around the pool and waterslide.
Can we have a piñata?
Yes—with zero confetti inside. A $100 cleanup fee is added and is fully refundable at the end of the booking when the party area is left clean.
