Please review each venue rule before continuing. These guidelines protect your event, our property, and the neighborhood we call home.
Every person present counts toward the reserved guest total. The person who books must remain onsite.
No public advertising, ticket sales, public address sharing, or open-invite events.
Guests must park only in the designated area on Dayflower Street and never block driveways or mailboxes.
No outside speakers. Venue sound must remain respectful, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
No lifeguard is provided. Adults are responsible for supervising all swimmers and minors.
Alcohol is limited to responsible guests age 21+. Smoking is outdoors only. No drugs, fighting, or unsafe behavior.
No piñatas. Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleanup, and leaving on time.
Cancellation fees may apply. Severe weather that prevents swimming may qualify for one reschedule.
